To further strengthen their management team, they are inviting a high calibre individual to lead and build their Sales & Marketing function in China.

Job Description

Based in Beijing and reporting to General manager, you will be the champion in building the company's Sales and Marketing function in North China. As the leader, you will be working closely with other functional heads to develop your department's goal and objectives, regional strategies and tactics including marketing positioning, pricing and promotional activities to maximize value proposition, market shares, sales revenue and profit. Furthermore as a key member of the management team, you will be strategically driving the marketing initiatives, overall sales process and client relationship building, and ensuring company targets and objectives are achieved.

To be successful for this role you will be degree qualified in Real Estate, Marketing or related fields with at least 10 years of strong experience in scaled HK/PRC property developer. The role requires a candidate to have in depth knowledge about the PRC property market and have a proven track record of successful sales, marketing and leasing in real estate development. Analytically minded, the candidate has extensive experience in market research and the capability to translate research into a successful conclusion to benefit the marketing strategy. As this role is collaborating with both sales and broad marketing functions, the role requires the candidates to be commercially minded as well as an exceptional marketer in developing cross functional marketing initiatives. You are a natural born leader and a strong team player, with the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Chinese.
