- Provide independent HR business partner support to the assigned client group and drive HR initiatives. This includes but is not limited to:
- Annual performance review
- Salary planning & promotion
- Employee development & mid-year career discussion
- Leadership and management development
- Organization health and effectiveness, MS Poll
- Talent management: people reviews and succession planning
- Interact with US HRBPs, GMs and VPs to help build the China business portfolio and future investment
- Partner with the local BG leader and contribute to the distributed development center strategy
- Being an employee service provider and advocate. Serving and being perceived as a safe, objective employee resource and escalation path for unresolved employee relations issues
- Support the ARD and GCR HR community

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor or Master degree of Business Administration/Human Resources/Psychology
- 8 to 10 years of directly applicable HR experience in major MNC players in China. Previous experience in HRBP or OD will be a plus.
- Able to work with matrix and hybrid organizations, strong influencer
- Result-oriented and can work independently, good system thinking, strong people acumen, able to deal with ambiguity. Strong in project management, HR communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Have to have basic HRIS skills as well.
- Have the ability to work across a multi-functional organization and with employees at all levels.
- Demonstrated knowledge of applicable labor laws
- Excellent English both oral and written
