Schedule Coordinator job - Inland Hospital - Waterville, ME

VNA Home Health Hospice has a great position for a schedule coordinator wanting to make a positive difference in someone’s life! Working in our LifeStages division, you would be responsible for ensuring that our clients’s non-medical home care needs are met through establishment and maintenance of a schedule of employees. Additionally, you would be responsible for all verbal and written communications regarding the schedule to both the caregiver and the client. Utilizing the latest information technologies and telecommunication systems, VNA provides you with a variety of experiences. In addition you would play an integral role in collaborating with other members of the business development team.

A High School graduate or GED equivalency


Two years scheduling experience


Competent in MS Office applications


Strong customer service skills and highly organized with an ability to work with urgency to meet deadlines


Evidence of effective communication skills, using verbal, written, and telephonic means


Current ME Drivers license


Reliable transportation and Agency required auto liability insurance
