Pricing Assistant job - Pine State Trading Co. - Gardiner, ME

Purpose:
Under general Supervision – Sets up and maintains all pricing and taxes on all items. Works with Sales Reps and Customers to input new account information, prints reports and maintains data.

Position Responsibilities:
Maintain and verify accuracy of pricing information on our AS/400 system.

Responsible for timely and accurate documentation of price changes (increases, decreases, etc.).

Calculates price increases or other price changes.

Sets up new items in record keeping systems, ensuring all pricing and tax information is current and correct.

Researches and resolves problems related to customer pricing.

Establish and maintain a variety of manual and computer files and record keeping systems for Account Maintenance.

Receive new account information or request to update account information from sales reps and customers and update or set up new accounts.

Adjust cigarette price increases for customers.

Answer incoming phone calls, place outgoing calls, take and forward messages.

Create and maintain excel spreadsheets.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
