1. Scans the windows for approaching guests, opening the door and acknowledging the guest immediately with a warm, friendly welcome. 2. Anticipates the next guest seating and continuously rotates guest placement throughout all sections. 3. Conducts a prompt table turn, flags tables, sorts items at the GU, wipes down table areas. 4. Opens the front door and says a sincere “Thank You” when the guest is leaving and invites them to return. 5. Maintains proper cleanliness, sanitation and safety standards at all times.
