[Full-time] Junior Marketing Manager (German speaking), Beijing at ReFox

ReFoX Relocation is recruiting a Junior Marketing Manager to complement our team. You will manage content on our website and other online platforms, organize events and support clients during their transition to Beijing. We are looking for young talents to contribute ideas and suggest new initiatives or areas of improvement, and also support the team by assisting with daily tasks.

Starting date: As soon as possible

What will you do?
• Content Management for the website;
• Drive online marketing and SEO;
• Liaise closely with the team manager and deliver regular reports;
• Analyze customer and market trends to identify opportunities and areas for development;
• Support event organization;
• Support Marketing and Customer Relationship Manager on various projects;
• Manage and develop customer relationship;
• Plan and carry out orientation program for customers new to Beijing;
• Attend meetings with customers, help them settle down in Beijing and to find their way around town;
• Assist the team with administrative duties.

Do you have what it takes?
For this job, we need multilingual people who are looking for a full time position.
• You have a very good command of German and English language, Mandarin and other languages will be a plus;
• You have experience writing English copy;
• You have excellent organizing, interpersonal and communication skills;
• You are highly self motivated and able to work well in a team;
• You can relate to clients needs, listen carefully and respond accordingly;
• You are able to provide a high level of customer service;
• You have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, WordPress and picture editing software like Photoshop, further knowledge will be a plus.
