25 CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES

for our Training Classes beginning October 12th!!

HOURLY WAGE: $11.98 + Incentives/Commission

Rotating Saturdays

Training Class Hours:
1:30 pm – 10:00 pm

Production Hours:
1:30 pm – 10:00 pm

Essential Functions:
Answer inbound calls from prospective customer; describe types of services/products offered

Identify customer needs through open-ended questions and a consultative approach

Quote prices, service dates and payment terms

Initiate up-sell techniques in order to increase sales/revenue

Maintain quality customer service and maximize customer satisfaction levels

Transfer and route calls to appropriate departments as needed

Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required

6+ months customer service/sales experience required

Call Center experience preferred, not required

Must be comfortable SELLING; producing sales/revenue is a requirement in this position

Strong computer skills; able to switch between screens quickly

Strong attention to detail & ability to multi-task a must

Pleasant phone voice; excellent communications skills

Dependability & Punctuality is a MUST!

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high call environment

Must successfully pass a background check

Random drug testing
