As a TeleTech At Home Customer Service Representative, you’ll use your “get it done”, high-energy, professional approach to answer in-bound calls from customers. We will provide you with paid training, ongoing coaching and support every step of the way. Also, our trainers will provide you with the industry knowledge and expertise to enable you to put your skills into practice with confidence and excitement. You’ll assist customers of major consumer brand with their questions about products and services, creating a delightful customer experience (and talking about what you love).

What you bring to the Table :
High School diploma or equivalent

Six months or more of customer service experience

A love for being active

Proficiency using Microsoft Windows/Computers

Exceptional Communication Skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Motivation, Passion, and a Love for Customer Service
