Office Manager - PSB - Augusta, ME


The Office Manager is responsible organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organization effectiveness and efficiency. This position is responsible for overall front and back office activities. Also responsible for directing and coordinating office services and related activities, including developing and supervising programs for the maximum utilization of services and equipment.


We are looking for that individual that will know a little about all the things that keep the company moving. A manager who will motivate with a positive attitude and customer driven mentality.


Responsibilities


Manages office personnel and customer expectations while maintaining a professional image. Be the right hand to the General Manager. Responsible for the facilities day-to-day workflow.


  • Ensure all invoicing is being done on a timely basis.

  • Reconciles Sales Commission

  • Responsible for inventory level accuracy

  • Creates project related files and tracks time and material for job costing purposes.

  • Responsible for implementing office policies and standards.
