Customer Service - ITT Asia Pacific - China, ME

Effectively execute the customer service function and associated activities to support the ProCast business. Manage and support the functions of quotation development for customer inquiries, salesman inquiries, interco support and associated documentation. Work with engineering, foundry production, machining operations and purchasing to support the business Assist with input of documentation into systems, and historical data

Skills and Experience

Experience

:

·

1-2 year’s experience with pump parts supply to industrial customers. Ability to read drawings and knowledge of different types of steel materials.

·

Knowledge of the RFQ and quotation process with order acknowledgement

& proper tracking and documentation

·

Strong verbal skills dealing with customers and support personnel

·

Excellent PC skills; proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, and Access)

·

Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

·

Ability to deal with all levels of the organization

·

Detail oriented

·

Team Player

·

Professional communication and phone skills
