Rapid Manufacturing 3D Tech Operator - ITT Asia Pacific - China, ME

Operate additive manufacturing (rapid prototyping) devices and ancillary equipment to produce cores, molds and patterns for support of rapid casting processes. Effectively maintain and organize equipment and consumable supplies, inventory and associated processes. Ability to plan, organizing, and execute activities to support the ProCast business and its customers. Function independently with guidance from manager.

• Up to 70% machine operation, processing molds, cores & patterns thru to foundry operations


• 30% of time communicating and organizing, processing 3D CAD models, and interacting with foundries

Skills and Experience

Experience

:

·

1-2 years engineering experience with rotating equipment including

pump design, parts casting procedures, manufacturing processes

and foundry methods

·

Experience with 3D modeling software such as Pro E, Solid works, or Inventor to support engineering and rapid prototyping technology

·

Experience utilizing Additive Manufacturing (Rapid Prototyping) technology as applied to foundry processes for producing castings, mold, patterns and tooling. Both in sand and ceramic molding methods.

·

Excellent PC skills; proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, and Access)

·

Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills – ability to speak English and language of country
