Job Description

This role will be in charge of the patent process management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Set agenda and prepare presentations for patent review board meeting to get filing approval
  


• File patent application and ensure all formalities requirements are met for each particular jurisdiction
  


• Check patent specification
  


• Responsible for reporting status to annuities service providers, verifying correct input, approval of renewals payment
  


• Responsible for patent database maintenance, update and customization
  


• Responsible for maintenance of trademark database
  


• Responsible for administrative support
  

Academic & Personal Qualification

• Bachelor degree holder or above education background
  


• 6 years or above experience in patent procedures
  


• Responsible, patient and organized
  


• Good communication skill
  


• Good command of English (both spoken and written)
