Utility / Dishwasher for a Gorgeous Private School - SAGE Dining Services, Inc. - Kents Hill, ME

SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a full time utility/dishwasher for a gorgeous private school dining operation in Kents Hill, Maine. This is a seven day a week operation. All applicants must have a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Mopping floors

Taking trash out and breaking down boxes

Keeping kitchen, serving area clean

Follow food safety procedures

Pot washing, dish and plate washing

Following food safety procedures including dish temp logs

Basic Kitchen prep work

Restocking dishware and silverware

Other duties as assigned

Strong desire for a career and work ethic, not just a job

Ability to stand up for long periods and lift 50 lbs regularly

Prior dish-washing experience a plus!
