Our client is a leading luxury 5 star hotel based in Shanghai and is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant Manager to manage the daily operation of its unique Food and Beverage department.

Specifically emphasizing on quality and guest satisfaction, this Executive Assistant Manager should ideally have the following profile:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience as Director of Food and Beverage within recent roles

• Must have luxury hotel hotels background OR should have come from Leading Hotels of the World properties

• Previous Chinese/Asian experience is a must

• Proven management experience in large F&B operations (10+) and functions (1800+)

• Strong organisational and operational skills and natural leader

• Must be strong in Project Management

• Effective team player and fully confident in managing large teams of approximately 300
