Catholic Charities Maine Children’s Services has a Full-Time opening for a Children’s Case Manager on our Fairfield Maine team. This professional person will coordinate and monitor appropriate service delivery of case management services to children (and their families) with developmental disorders, mental health issues and/or chronic medical conditions. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall integration and success of the program and will utilize the Wraparound model promoting the process with clients, families, providers and other community members, including enhancing the involvement of natural supports. Work is done primarily in clients’ residences, and involves travel and meetings throughout the area. This position offers a comprehensive benefit package as well as a generous earned time policy. Compensation Stipends for this position – In addition to normal salary, a $1,000.00 dollar stipend would be paid after successfully completing the six month orientation period of time and meeting expected productivity standards. At the end of one year of employment and still successfully meeting expected productivity standards $1,000.00 stipend would be paid at that time. Shall have a minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health, or a closely related field. Must have at least two (2) years of relevant experience working with families and children. Preference will be given to applicants with experience and knowledge of working with families of high risk children. Resumes will be accepted until position is filled.
