Job Description

• Ensuring that processes needed for IMS are established, implemented and maintained.
• Reporting to local top management and Corporate Quality on the performance of IMS and any need for improvement.
• Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
• Program preparation for Internal IMS audits.
• Training relevant person on FSC Process and guide.
• Lead, support and coordinate team of internal auditors.
• Follow up on implementation of corrective action from internal audits.
• Follow up on implementation of corrective action from external audits
• Follow up on administration and update of control documents.
• Cooperation with global EHS and QMS team.
• Managing of system of measurement tools.
Main jobs:
• Leading of IMS team.
• Review and update of internal audit calendar for IMS.
• Ensuring of regular training for internal auditors and provide regular audits against IMS
• Ensuring performing of internal audits.
• Cooperation on yearly revision of Register of risks and Environmental aspects.
