Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for establishing and growing the customer base in a defined territory. As part of a world-class sales team, you will formulate strategies and execute sales activities partnering with Marketing, Field Application Engineer, Hotline Engineer and support organizations in HQ & Fabs.
Create the proper organization to develop the business in his territory and managing it.
Job Responsibilities:
Sustain and enhance the relationship with existing accounts and increase the sales revenue through providing local service to customer in his/her territory.
Understand client’s process families and identify potential customers and approach to promote. Creating new opportunities and developing them into sales.
Making sales presentations & provide quotation
Make sales presentations and provide quotes.
Manage the rep or distributor offices in his territory as well as the people if such function is required. Fundamental sales channel in client is “Direct sales” but Sales Manager can create the proper organization to develop the business and managing it under consensus of Asia Pacific Regional Sales Manager & HQ VP of Sales.
Provide customers service through entire sales process.
Work with Field Application Engineer to develop specific account strategies.
Handling the NDA and other contracts with customers.
Provide the sales forecast and accounts update periodically.
Support Marketing to collect and provide information on competitor activities.
Conduct Local Technical Seminar by supporting audience invitation, agenda preparation and presenters’ support.
Arrange press interview when management come to “Territory”. Making good connection with Media people is required.
Responsible for ensuring those employees under management control operate in accordance with the requirements of the EHS management system.
Job Requirements:
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related engineering field
Experience: At least 7 years in Semiconductor or Foundry related field and with at least two years in management level.
