Minimum 1 year experience preferred
Responsible for supporting the operation of the organization’s Desktop Computing environment. Troubleshoots PC’s, Printers and Microsoft Office application problems, determining the cause and correcting the problem. Provides desk side assistance and limited training for Desktop related issues.
Qualifications/Competencies :
- CompTIA A+ or Network + or comparable technical training certificate preferred .
- MS Certified Professional (MCP), Help Desk Analyst (HDA) or other hardware/application support certification preferred.
- High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) or technical training beyond high school preferred.
- 1 year experience preferred .
- PC and Printer hardware maintenance, OTB Office productivity applications and fundamental network principles and skills preferred.
