[Full-time] Project Manager at Boschung

About this job:
designing and implementing cost-effective equipment modifications to help improve safety and reliability;
developing a project specification with colleagues, often including those from other engineering disciplines;
Plan, staff, implement and control the project. If necessary perform hands-on on-site installation, troubleshooting, service and repairs.
discussing and solving complex problems with manufacturing departments, sub-contractors, suppliers and customers;
making sure a product can be made reliably and will perform consistently in specified operating environments;
producing details of specifications and outline designs;
recommending modifications following prototype test results;
using research, analytical, conceptual and planning skills, particularly mathematical modeling and computer-aided design;
considering the implications of issues such as cost, safety and time constraints;
working with other professionals, within and outside the engineering sector;
Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.

Requirements:
Mechanical, electronic or other automotive related major，bachelor degree or above, proficient in the English or German.
With 1-3 years electrical, hydraulic or mechanical development experience, preferable in the automotive industry.
Proficient in Auto CAD, Inventor, Pro/E or any other drawing software.
Driver license would be a benefit.
Team cooperation spirit, communication, interpersonal skills and high sense of responsibility.
Able the adept harsh working environment and willing for business travel.
Special vehicle industry experience is preferred.
Strong character and the will to face new challenges.
