What are we looking for?

We are looking for bright, articulate graduates with excellent written and verbal English skills to work in China. The majority of our clients are based around Hanghzou city in the Zhejiang province. This is a large, young, clean and vibrant city of 8 million people just 1 hour south of Shanghai. There is a large ex-pat community and excellent nightlife. The monthly salary of £650 -£1000 will provide you with plenty of disposable income on top of your accommodation and health insurance. We need candidates with excellent knowledge of basic life sciences at primary levels. A science degree is not necessarily needed, but we do need at least 1 year teaching experience in science of some kind. Qualified teachers are desirable but not essential
Please note: you do not need any knowledge of the Chinese language. Any knowledge would be desirable, but is not essential

What will you be doing?

You will teach life science lessons with the textbook and resources provided by the school. Your class will be made up of 6 – 9 year olds and will have between 30 and 45 children. You will teach a maximum of 15 hours a week.
Candidates will need to pay for their own flights out to China, which will be reimbursed.
Important: candidates also need to organise and pay for their own working VISA through the Chinese Embassy
Contracts will be for 1 year initially but can easily be extended
