Chemical manufacturing control manager (27155029)

• Supervise the engineering and EHS practice at suppliers to support the ongoing raw material, intermediate and API manufacturing projects in China.
• Serve as a key technical liaison and subject matter expertise for Gilead chemical manufacturing activities in the area of engineering and EHS.
• Support Chinese manufacturers to improve the efficiency and quality in the area of GMP manufacturing, engineering, EHS, etc.
• Work closely with Gilead chemical manufacturing group to plan and manage work progress at Chinese CMOs.

• Solid understanding on engineering and EHS, ability to apply the knowledge to solve technical problems.
• Good knowledge and experience on chemical manufacturing, engineering and EHS under cGMP.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, together with highly developed motivational and organizational abilities. Good communication skill in both Chinese and English.

• M.S. or above in chemical engineering, bio-engineering or related fields.
• Management and supervisory experience in GMP chemical manufacturing and engineering with minimum 8 years of experience.
• Demonstrating a successful professional career in large pharmaceutical companies and leadership skill in chemical manufacturing and engineering will be a plus.
