Responsibilities
• Rructure, set up and update centralized contract management systems (electronic and hard copy) for WOFEs and JVs in China;
• Manage and oversee the internal review and approval process for contracts, maintain corporate files (electronic and hard copy) of original, executed non-standard contracts, group contracts, templates, and certain standard contracts as may be requested by the owner, responsible counsels or originator;
• Develop and manage the process, and coordinate with designated persons of respective legal entities, to ensure all contracts within the scope of the contract management system of each legal entity being collected and entered into Contract Management Database timely, and are kept current at all times;
• Coordinate with Regional Legal on all aspects regarding Group Contract Management System;
• Responsible for training all the business/functional units on China contracts management system and any new or up-grated processes associated with such system;
• Serve as a member of company Legal, and report to General Counsel.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need have at least 7 yrs experience in a corporate legal department or other relevant corporate department/law firm, contract management or document achieving experience is preferable; You also need strong verbal and written communication skills, organization and planning skills.
