One of the international property investment groups is looking for the Deputy Manager from M&E Background to look after their large scale projects in Shanghai. The project includes 5 phases with service apartments, hotel, commercial building and High-end retail malls. This position must be station in Shanghai.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the project development from inception to completion
• Ensure all design, construction, budget and material selection meet the quality and company requirements
• Monitor and coordinate with external consultancy and contractors

Requirements

• Degree holders in Building Service Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and other related discipline
• Over 7 years of solid working experiences especially with property developer or consulting firms.
• Previous experiences in China property development is an added advantage
• Good communication skill and excellent command of English and Chinese
• Station in Shanghai is required
