Job Description

As the General Manager you will lead a 200 people team and be responsible for overall supervision of the daily operational management of the complex project. You will be in charge of the leasing, marketing, and property management of the properties to ensure the properties secure high occupancy, first class management and strong income stream. You will be the member of the senior executive management team, offer strategic input to help shape the future growth of the company.

Requirement

To successfully apply this position, you must be a Degree holder in Surveying, Property Management or related discipline with demonstrable track record of success at senior management level in developer or an international property management firm. You will need to be strong in leadership, independent and diligent with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is a must.
