We offer our clients, especially automotive clients, an array of integrated services that combines marketing and IT enabling clients to communicate at all customer touch points with their target groups. This includes customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise resource planning (ERP), business intelligence (BI) and E-commerce. Our partner company MCON provides state-of-the-art IT hardware consulting, operations, and support. This implies hosting, server/network consulting and operations. MCON also offers onsite and remote helpdesk and IT infrastructure rollouts. We are an international team with more than 100 people in Beijing office; 30 percent of our employees are expatriates coming from 14 nations.

About this job:
Assist recruiting in full-life cycle including advertising job positions, pre-screening, interview, hiring process follow up.
Support ER related issues
Keep forms and database information for the employment process up to date.
Perform leaves and attendance management.
Provide HR services and HR consultation to all employees.
Assist in scheduling various meetings and employee programs and events in compliance with department needs.
Support receptionist for some admin tasks

Requirements:
University students, major in Human Resource, or English/German preferred
Excellent verbal and written skills in English
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with high diligence
Quick learner
Excellent communication skill
At least 3 months, 3-5 days a week
