About this job:
Intern Responsibilities
Support Associate Survey implementation (survey administration, survey organization and implementation) & survey follow-up (support department in analysing survey result reports, moderate follow-up workshops for departments, coordinate company level improvement projects after the survey results are available)
Event organization (support HR team in organizing Associate Development Event, Leadership Event, Career Talk, Kick-off Event, Diversity-Day @Bosch)
Internal communication (support HR team in communication with associates & managing company communication channels, e.g. design communication posters or leaflets; proof-reading for the internal newspaper “Bosch Power”; planning and prepare broadcasting materials on company TV)
HR Continuous Improvement Projects (such as 5S project; process optimization project, CIP)
Support workshops of the location (for various workshops, such as “change management”, “management dialogue”, “transition workshop” …)
Training or workshop delivery (e.g. deliver intercultural workshop as a trainer, German language learning organization for HR team)

Requirements:
Fluent in English (proficiency in German is a plus)
Familiar with MS Office, especially Outlook, EXCEL, PPT
Good communication skills
Life or work experience in different cultures
