About this job:
Your Working Environment:
This position provides general business, administrative, coordination and sales support to the Head of Audi Used Car Business and Head of Fleet Sales department.
Working Relations:
Used Car and Fleet team members
Internal departments: Dealer Network, Audi General Sales, Controlling & Financial Services
Volkswagen Group China
Audi China

Your Responsibilities:
Give support in developing strategies
Create plans to develop Used Car & Fleet business
Prepare, track and maintain updated Used Car & Fleet sales performance reports / presentations
Assist in organizing & coordinating meetings and special workshops
Maintain dealer network data base including display capacities and manpower

Requirements:
Student in the field of Business or Marketing
Strong skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, work-intensive environment
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to bring out the allocated responsibilities effectively
Fluent in English (reading, writing & speaking)
Chinese and German are a plus and highly appreciated

This internship starts as soon as possible at FAW-VW Changchun (China) and should take 6 months in total (inclusive 2 to 4 weeks initial training in Ingolstadt).
