An integrated property developer with a portfolio encompassing Landmark retail shopping malls in China of Hong Kong, China and overseas is looking for the leasing candidates for their China luxury retail Projects.

• Landmark Projects
• Station in Shanghai, Wuxi, Jinan, Shenyang and Kunming
• 5 Days Work

Responsibilities

• Responsible for leasing and marketing activities of Shopping malls & office premises
• Manage and coordinate the leasing activities
• Oversee multiple projects across China
• Negotiate with tenants or property agents.
• Manage key tenants relationship for the property portfolio
• Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports

Requirements

• Degree holders in any related discipline
• Over 15 years of solid working experiences especially with property developer or consulting firms.
• Good communication skill and excellent command of English and Chinese
