The purpose of this position is to prepare meals following the established guidelines for therapeutic diets.
Nutrition Assistant also operates the dish machine as well as unloads and cleans the food carts.
Ensuring process is done in a cost-effective, efficient manner to safely meet the needs of patients, visitors and staff in compliance with federal, state and local requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school graduate or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills essential.
