1. Drives continuous improvement projects.
2. Delivers technical solutions to capture the opportunities in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost areas.
3. Runs the long-term Engineering projects.
4. Continuously manage their stakeholders and closely cooperate with other departments.
5. Executes the projects to increase the factory capacity, replace the production equipment, improvements, transition, etc.
6. Have deep knowledge of packing and processing equipment and processes.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years working experience in Engineering
• Experience with leadership of the project teams
