One of the leading property investment groups is urgent looking for the Project Manager (M&E) for the new complex project including Hotel, Office Building and luxury shopping mall in China. This position must be station in Shanghai or Beijing. The candidates with less experience could be considered Assistant Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the project development from inception to completion
• Ensure all design, construction, budget and material selection meet the quality and company requirements
• Monitor and coordinate with external consultancy and contractors

Requirements

• Degree holders in Building Service Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and other related discipline
• Over 8 years of solid working experiences especially with property developer or consulting firms.
• Previous experiences in China property development is an added advantage
• Good communication skill and excellent command of English and Chinese
• Station in Shanghai or Beijing is required
