RECEPTIONIST - SANGERVILLE job - Inland Hospital - Waterville, ME

The purpose of this position is to greet and assist patients and customers of Sangerville, answer the phone in a timely manner, schedule appointments, take accurate messages, document all patient encounters and to assist the Providers of Sangerville in caring for their patients.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous office and switchboard experience helpful. Knowledge of medical terminology. Ability to handle many tasks, plus people oriented. Operation of general office equipment helpful, including proficiency in computers. Must possess exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
