About this job:
Position:
Sales-/Logistic- Assistant
Location: Beijing
Main Responsibilities：
1. Preparation of shipment documents
2. Communication with forwarding agencies for shipment quality and shipment tracking
3. Assistance in shipment documentation
4. Preparation and handling of sales documentation
5. General assistance of office administration

Requirement:
Qualification Requirements：
1. Bachelor Degree or above
2. Graduating students or 1-2 years’ work experience; logistics work experience in foreign company is preferred.
3. Proficient in computer operating and Office software.
4. Good communication ability and planning capability to work.
5. Active work attitude, hardworking, willing to think, quickly adapt to the working environment.
6. Language: Chinese native speaker
English: Basic level in written and spoken is preferred

Working Experience: Fresh Graduate
