Organisation Description

Job Title : Solutions Lead
Responsibilities:
 Provide Pre-Sales Solutions / Consultancy focusing primary on Telco / WAN Services (MPLS,
Leased / Ethernet Line & Internet) and also ICT Services (including Routers, Switches, Access
Points)
 To architect and prepare WAN / ICT proposals / presentations, and ensure high levels of customer
satisfaction;
 To lead a team of presales in China. To provide guidance, support and supervisory responsibilities.
 To drive, lead and document any customisations required in proposals with HQ Product team,
Implementation team and post-sales support team.
 Develop the technical design and architecture to achieve resilient and cost effective WAN & ICT
solutions in order to win proposals or bids/tenders.
 Coordinate and work with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure that all aspects of the
solution are supportable and relevant costings are included in proposals to customers and that
costs are optimized to maximize competitiveness
 To ensure high quality WAN & ICT documentation (e.g. Statement of Works, customization
records, etc) are created for all proposals
 To prepare win / loss analysis for proposals / bids / tenders submitted to facilitate continuous
improvement of networks designed


Job Description


Requirements:
 Degree in Telecommunications/ Electrical/ Electronics/Computer Science or equivalent
qualifications with at least 5 years of working experience with WAN and ICT services
 Excellent interpersonal, presentation, writing and communication skill in English & Chinese
 CCNP / CCIE in Routing & Switching is preferred
 Relevant and expert level industry certification and extensive experience in a WAN & ICT Pre-
Sales Solutions Architect role.
 Preferable to have Cisco and Juniper certifications, and familiar with Riverbed Steelhead and
Virtualization technologies.
 Strong in Layer 2 & 3 Networking Skills such as BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, DMVPN, IPSEC, GETVPN
technologies
 Experienced in multi-level selling and comfortable in influencing CxOs, Telecom Managers, IT
Managers, etc
