Job Responsibilities:
HR Communications
Assist with revisions, layout, version control and enhancements for HR forms and manuals and online communications
Coordinate and write proposal requests
Design and build graphics/text for e-mail and web communication
Assists with updating content in HR SOP such as section on hiring process
Coordinates survey completion
Corel and Adobe literate
Benefits / Compliance
Back up for Random drug screen administration
Enroller for annual open enrollment
Assists in administration of daily & weekly Retirement & Welfare benefit processes
Assists in administration of daily & weekly employee records and team member management processes
Weekly OnBase audits
Enroller for annual open enrollment
Verifies and processes benefit invoices
Ensures projects have current policy posters
General Administration
Backup for payroll/expenses/A/P
Periodic back-up for Switchboard Operator
Assists in answering general HR phone lines & email accounts
Update HR SOP as needed
Personnel File requests
Qualifications/Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Proficiency in Corel and Adobe preferred
Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality
