岗位职责:
• 制定区域营销计划,业务发展计划并领导中国大北方地区的销售
• 定期汇总并向业务发展总监和澳洲总部报告销售情况汇报并提出战略规
划和解决方案
• 协助现有经销商并开发新经销商,确保经销商达到指定销售额并完成年度
销售目标
• 负责规划、执行和监测执行的各种产品推广及市场研究
• 根据市场变动及时调整、改进销售模式,促进业务增长;
• 与项目组及设计组密切配合及时优化公司产品与定位
• 你需要结合公司的理念与团队成员的信心建立销售团队内部的文化
• 你还需要建立有效的人力资源管理系统,实施培训确保销售团队提供良好
的客户服务。
• 有效管理销售队伍,设置业绩奖金、提成等员工激励模式,创立健康,积极
向上的两队竞争模式;
• 协助商务拓展总监拓展销售团队,培训现有员工;
任职资格:
• 具备极佳的人际关系处理、市场拓展、商务谈判及判断分析能力,可独立开 拓全国各区域市场;
• 良好的客户服务意识、团队合作精神和沟通协调能力、能吃苦耐劳,具有独 到的市场开发思路和眼光,具有成功开拓市场的案例;
• 具有优秀的营销技巧,较强的市场策划能力和运作能力;
• 本科以上学历或在任职领域有专属特长;
具有以下条件将被优先考虑
• 熟悉空气源热泵或家电销售市场现状或具有代理分销市场经验,具有一定 客户资源(如新建项目工程资源)
• 拥有大型企业,跨国企业及国际背景

North China Sales Manager

Tivok Energy is Australia based company manufacturing revolutionary solar ther- mal water heating and HVAC system for commercial and domestic use.
With strong ability of R&D, production and manufacturing, Tivok expands business into China, Fiji, and Indonesia. Currently we are looking for an ambitious and vision- ary Sales Manager to further consolidate and improve the entire business in North China and even in other Asia market.
Job responsibilities:
• Develop marketing plan, business development plan and lead the sales for China’s northern region
• Periodically report to the Director of BD in China and Australian headquarters with sales reporting and strategic planning and solutions
• Assist existing distributors and develop new distributors, ensure that the distributors achieve sales targets
• Responsible for the planning, implementation and monitoring of various product marketing and market research
• Timely adjustment according to market changes, improve sale strategies to achieve consistent business growth
• Work closely with product department and project department to optimize the company’s products in a timely manner
• You need to combine the company’s philosophy and team members’ confidence to build the culture for the sales team
• You will also need to establish effective human resources management system, implementation of training to ensure the sales team to provide good customer service.
• Effective management of the sales force, setting performance bonuses, commissions and other employeeincentives, the creation of healthy, positive competition between the two teams;
• Assist the Director of business development to expand sales team, training existing staff;
Qualifications:
• Excellent interpersonal, market development, business negotiation and analysis capacity to independentlydevelop regional markets across the country;
• Excellent customer service, team-work spirit and communication skill, hard working, has a unique marketing idea and vision, with successful marketing case;
• Have good marketing skills, strong market plan ability and operation ability;
• Bachelor’s degree or has exclusive expertise in Office areas;
The followings experiences are preferred:
• Familiar with air-source heat pumps or appliances sales market or distributor market experience, have client resources (such as new project resources)
• Large enterprises, multinational companies and international background
• 8 years of sales and management experience in the air conditioning or the energy efficiency industry.
• Have a strong plan, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• English and Chinese will be used as professional language in this position
• If you have related sales background in international enterprises will be your
competitive advantage.
