Recruiter job - J. Gaudet Associates, Inc. - Windsor, ME

J. Gaudet Associates, Inc. is working closely with Living Innovations (Belfast, ME) to conduct a search for a Northern Maine-based entry level recruiter. Using a mix of new and established methods, the recruiter will join a team of recruiting professionals to source, recruit and qualify candidates for job openings within Living Innovations.

The Company

Living Innovations provides flexible, caring support for senior citizens, individuals with long-term illnesses or developmental disabilities and children with health and behavioral needs. Founded in 1996, Living Innovations is a private provider serving thousands of people living in New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island and north central Massachusetts. The Living Innovations management team has an extensive background in the management and delivery of health and human services and its professional staff members are highly trained and exceptionally experienced.

The Opportunity

This is a ground floor opportunity for a person who easily adapts to change, is known by others as a connector, likes to network, does not fear making cold-calls, thrives on finding and working with referral sources, likes to speak one-on-one and with groups is very comfortable with the use of social media. Though the position will be office-based, much of the recruiting activity will be carried out in the community. The recruiter will also be called upon to assist with employee retention efforts.
