Our client is well known for their portfolio of high quality infant and maternity products. They are currently looking to find a driven Sales Manager based in Guangzhou to represent the brand and to meet a designated business objectives.

Responsibilities

You will help to develop a sales plan for all sales related activities across the allocated region in China. You will actively seek for new business opportunities and create a sales proposal. You will liaise with the Head of Sales to set and monitor sales targets and performance by region, customers, and brand. You will ensure high standards of all in-store VM and inventory for all distributor/wholesale customers. You will recruit, develop, manage and monitor performance of Sales executives if applicable. You will keep building long term business relationships.

Requirements

You will hold a diploma or equivalent in business management. You will have a minimum of 5 years sales experience and at least 2 years in a supervisory level. You will have experience managing wholesale or distributors coming from retail or consumer goods (preferably coming from infant, apparel, accessories). You will be independent and results driven. You are highly energetic. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be flexible to travel in China. You are fluent in English and Mandarin.
