岗位职责:
• 负责新经销商开发、样板项目开发及终端市场销售工作;
• 负责跟踪项目进展及客户定单的具体落实(签定合同、交货、货款回收等)
及时向公司汇总;
• 负责新旧经销商关系维持,对经销商进行产品专业化指导并推动其销售
工作;
• 负责公司系列产品的销售推广并及时反馈市场信息及客户需求;
• 建立客户资料卡及客户档案,按时、按量、按质提交相应业务表格;
• 按公司要求完成自已负责的项目,达成个人及团队的销售指标;
• 负责完成总部、分部下达的其他专项工作。
任职资格:
• 品行端正、责任心强,做事富有激情和主动性,有良好的人际沟通能力,富 有团队合作精神;
• 具备一定的销售技巧和经验,愿意学习空调、热泵行业知识;
• 热爱销售工作,具备较强的沟通协调能力、学习能力和谈判能力,能经常
出差;
• 有良好的沟通能力及团队配合意识;
• 有一定的客户资源将被优先考虑;
• 熟练应用office等相关办公软件;
• 英语交流良好。

Job Position:
Sales Representative.

Description:
Tivok Energy is Australian based company manufacturing revolutionary solar thermal water heating systems for commercial and domestic use. With strong ability of R&D, production and manufacturing, Tivok expands its business into China, Fiji, and Indonesia.
Tivok Energy has an immediate need for a Sales Representative in our Sales Division in North China, Beijing. If you are a passionate sales professional with a proven track record of success in B2B sales we invite you to apply. This is your opportunity to join a large growing company offering a competitive base salary, bonus structure and benefits. You will be primarily responsible for revenue and profit growths of Tivok Energy’s Projects and assist in growing the Distribution Plan across Northern China. You will be required to take a consultative sales approach with a primary emphasis on strong account leadership skills and on converting strategic competitive accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for developing new distributors, sample project and terminal market sales
• Responsible for following and reporting project progress and customer orders( signing a contract, place order, collect payments)
• Responsible for maintaining relationship with distributors, advising distributors and enhance sales
• Responsible for marketing series products and getting feedback on market information and customer demand
• Establishing client datasheet, and submit relevant business form on time.
• Completing individual project following company policy, achieve both individual
and team’s goal.
• Responsible for completing other specific work from head office and
department.


Job Requirements:
• Good personality, strong responsibility, passion and active, good communication and team work skills
• Excellent sales strategy and experience, willing to learn knowledge about air condition and heat pump.
• Good communication, learning and negotiating, flexible with travel frequently.
• Holding customer resource will be preferred
• Advanced office software skills
• Fluent English
• Bachelor degree
