Operations Associate Posting Project Management

Position Overview:
The Operations Associate, Posting Project Management will be responsible for the delivery and execution of strategic business solutions for the Posting and Claims Resolution organizations. Your day-to-day tasks will include performing in-depth business analysis, project planning and management, and providing documented and operationalized solutions to athena workgroups.


To succeed, you will need to be a strong analytical problem solver and an excellent communicator. You will be the bridge between the needs of the business owners and the product innovators at athenahealth. You will need to be a critical thinker and have the ability influence stakeholders across the organization with your command of the subject matter that you are responsible for.


Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Lead and provide expertise on complex projects form concept through analysis, design, test, and execution Manage relationships successfully across technology and business stakeholdersRapidly learn current processes and constraints to inform and assist in the development of visions for optimal business processesData driven analysis and prioritization of complex tradeoffsAchieve measurable performance improvements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree welcomedProven track record of measurable business resultsLeadership skills with the ability to influenceExcited to innovate in a fast-paced, sometimes intense, rapidly expanding companyEnthusiasm, idealism, creativity, dedication and an open mindDemonstrated ability to assume sole and independent responsibility for various projectsAbility to work collaboratively to get resultsStrong problem solving, analytical, and quantitative skillsProven record of translating business and/or client needs into written business requirementsEffective verbal and written communication skillsSQL experience preferred but not required
