We have an exciting new opportunity for a top, talented chef as the Chinese Executive Chef for a leading luxury hotel in China. Based in one of the countries must exciting cities, candidates should have a solid traditional Cantonese culinary background and be able to lead and develop a team.

Ideal candidates for this role will have all of the following:

• Minimum of 7 years culinary experience

• Have a traditional Cantonese culinary background

• Come from a 5 star / Michelin star kitchen

• Strong leadership, team development and organization skills

• Be creative and artistic

• Some banquet experience

US$6,000 - US$8,000 base salary (net) + benefits
