AEG Beijing, which is made up of the Beijng factory as well as offices in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, will consist of Sales, Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, Q&A and Services support center.

About this job:
General Information
Main function: HR & Admin
Provides the day to day logistic facilitate job to the designated roles especially sales support, HR support or technical support to engineering team.
Purpose of the role: To support the function team with completing data processing, documentation and filing, or logistic work
Reports to: HR Manager

Role responsibilities
Main Accountabilities:
Preparation of the data input and documents for documentation;
To manage the specific searching work on designated markets ;
To facilitate with the data input and processing;
Requirement:
Education, knowledge and working experience:
Profession education in bachelor degree;
Ability to communicate technical/product information to both technical and non-technical audience
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office) especcially with Excel
Intermedia level of English reading, writing (email) preferable;

Personal characteristics:
Accuracy and attention to detail, good organisational and administrative skills
An ability to work independently and as a team
Proactive and quick to learn
Fluent in Chinese(Mandarin), English and preferably German language
