Basic Requirement:
•Must stay student identity during whole internship
•Must fulfill 6 months internship, 5 days per week
•Starting date ASAP
Brief Description of Assignment:
•Maintain Daimler intern master data
•Support the internship management team for intern recruitment
•Prepare intern check-in document and conduct the new comer orientation
•Prepare intern’s payroll documents and internship certificates
•Provide consultation for interns and Business Units when it comes to internship related issues
•File internal materials and follow up the signature process for internal documents
•Other works assigned by supervisor
Qualification Requirement:
•Fluent English speaker and capable of using English as working language
•Strong sense of responsibility
•Detail and object oriented thinking pattern
•Ability to handle multi-tasks under high pressure
•Good communication skills with intercultural competence.
