SUMMARY OF JOB / POSITION


Employee will provide primary field to the Rosscare LifeSAFE Response Service in the Waterville area. Position requires working closely with Rosscare’s Operations Manager and Program Assistant. Primary responsibilities include: client contact and performing field work for Emergency Response Program installs and service calls. Must possess a valid Maine driver’s license and automobile for transportation. Proof of automobile liability insurance required.


EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High School Graduate required.


OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED:
Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills, able to work with minimal supervision, have the ability to multi-task and possess excellent organizational skills. Must possess a valid Maine driver’s license, automobile for transportation and proof of automobile liability insurance.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Walking, sitting, bending, pulling, lifting, stretching, kneeling, squatting, limited moving of furniture, stair climbing, hearing, close visual ability and talking.


Must have a good memory, be able to read, write, follow and give directions.


Must be able to problem solve and balance multiple priorities.


Must posses excellent communication and organizational skills and be patient with seniors/families


WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Schedule Varies During: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm with weekends as necessary, providing LiveSAFE support services in client homes.
