Financial Advisor in Shanghai at Providence Preferred / CHINAJOBHUNTER

International Financing Services Firm is looking for an experienced Financial Advisor with a penchant for sales to work in our Shanghai office. With 22 offices in 12 countries the firm is well positioned to expand throughout Asia with China in particular.

This position will be predominantly sales focused with an emphasis on the expatriate market with responsibilities that include online data mining, cold-calling and networking. Concurrently the individual will assist the office director with business development strategies, event planning and alternative market outreach.

This individual should be a persistent self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills, exhibit attention to detail and have broad interpersonal skills. Development of a strong understanding of company structure and product knowledge will be essential in order to convey and advise on the most appropriate solutions for each client. Experience in finance is a requisite and understanding investments in other asset classes would be beneficial. The position is open to be full-time or part-time.

Requirements:

– – Native Full Business Fluency in English

– – Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics or Economics

– – 1-2 years experience in personal finance and wealth management

– – Must be able to travel to Taipei and HK without restriction for extended periods of time
