The Drivetrain Group harnesses a legacy of more than 100 years as an industry innovator in transmission and all-wheel drive technology. The group leverages this understanding of powertrain clutching technology to develop interactive control systems and strategies for all types of torque management.

Position Title : Intern-HR
Location : Taicang, Jiangsu, China
Report to : HR Manager/ Training Specialist

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Corporate with American headquarter and BU headquarter in Germany to set up Elearning project.
Closely communicate with all departments to get training needs and feedbacks;
Organize the Elearning training course
Prepare the training materials and support on logistics;
Maintain the training records and update the training attendance report;
Keep data of training supplies and materials up to date;
Assist in cross culture building.
Set up English corner
Any other tasks assigned by manager.
Requirement:
International students;
Fluent English speaker;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Self-motivated with good team spirit;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Intern period: 3-6 months (we prefer 6 months)
Basic salary: 4000 RMB/month
Housing allowance: 1500 RMB/month (company support for renting apartment)
Daily Travel: Company shuttle bus
Meal: Free lunch and dinner in company
Visa: Company provide invitation letter and responsible for extend the visa period when intern arrive in china
Remark: The flight cost between Germany and China beard by intern self, company will arrange pick up from airport to Taicang.
