Paving Utilityperson/Water Truck Driver (Fairfield, ME): Pike is seeking a qualified, safety-minded skilled individual to work as a paving utility person on a paving crew based out of Fairfield, ME. The selected candidate will also be responsible for driving a water truck with a trailer, to transport water, fuel, and tools in a safe and efficient manger to and from specified destinations throughout Maine. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; general laboring duties (raking, looting, job clean up, etc.), driving the water truck, supplying water and fuel to equipment on the job site, and operating smaller equipment such as a skid steer. Based on workloads travel is possible throughout all of Maine, New Hampshire and possibly Vermont. Classification: Seasonal hourly position.

Requirements:
CDL Class A license with tank endorsement

Willing to assist with other job duties outside of operating the water truck

Must be familiar with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration rules and regulations

Extended hours with possible night and/or weekend work as well as overnights.
