Responsible for all scheduling activities associated with the treatment and processing of patients in the Gastroenterology and associated Endoscopy department ensuring that each patient is scheduled appropriately within the guidelines and policies of the GI, Endoscopy, OR, Imaging, and Anesthesiology departments. QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) preferred Up to 1 year preferred Proficient in a suite of Microsoft Office Applications preferred Ability to work independently, effective time management and problem solving skills, able to manage multiple priorities preferred Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask preferred Confident and effective oral and written communication skills preferred MaineGeneral EEO-M/F/Veteran/Disability |
