Commercial Excellence Manager Asia Job (Singapore,Tokyo,Shanghai, ShangHai, China, Japan, Singapore)

He / She will work with the business to improve and standardize processes across all Asia of particularly areas but not limited to the following areas:

- Sales effectiveness and reporting

- Forecasting revenues and units processes

- Supply chain and delivery execution

- CRM implementation, usage, reporting

- Variable compensation processes

- Contract management and PO controls

The Commercial Excellence Manager will also support any type of process improvement and Lean work whenever applicable. He / She will work closely with the Global Commercial Excellence Leader to ensure alignment across the globe whenever applicable.

Key responsibilities/essential functions include:

- Lead and Partner with Sales Leadership, Regional GMs, HR and Finance to develop and implement new ways of working

- Support Finance and supply chain to improve financial forecasting and train/control the users to monitor forecast accuracy

- Develop sales dashboards to ensure sales effectiveness and simplify reporting

- Become the owner of the CRM tool, develop and implement tool improvements, ensure users update and report accurately and regularly.

- Set up rigorous and efficient contract review process including proposal template implementation, CDAs, Supply contract drafts

- Drive VC processes & mechanisms and coordinate their implementation

- Assist variable compensation analysts with data quality, reporting, auditing, processing, and analysis

- Ensure standard execution of program processes and operating mechanisms

- Clearly communicate program status, issues, risks, plans, etc. to senior leaders

- Support development of the sales reporting tools in conjunction with other operations leaders

- Set up training material for process changes

Quality Specific Goals:

1. Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPAA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int'l Law is broken.

2.Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int'l Law is broken.

3.Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.

4.Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines

5.Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.

6.Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System.
