Sr Legal Counsel




Our client is a multinational media and digital marketing communications company headquartered in UK and enjoy a good reputation in the world. For business expanding in China, they are hiring a mature commercial lawyer to provide general legal service to one of their most important BU/Brands

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

As the senior legal counsel, you will act as independently contributor and provide general legal service to certain business units. For dairy work, you should work closely with business people internally and as well as outside clients includes media owner, vendors and subcontractors, advise complex arrangements and sound legal solution for them, drafting and managing approval process. In this process, you should be pro-actively spot and address issues in a rapidly evolving environment, including timely communicating with relevant stakeholders and influencing them. What’s more, you need to plan and implement communication plan to effectively disseminate policies and good practices, including intellectual property, data usage and anticorruption.


Desired Skills and Experience:

To consider this role, you must be a qualified PRC lawyer with a degree or above in law. 6-10 years’ experience within private practice and in-house in MNCs. Experience in FMCG or Retail industry is preferred. You are expected to have solid knowledge in advertising law, corporate law and commercial law and have a strong sense of legal risk control. What’s more, you should like to work close with business people, like to influence others and should be a problem solver. Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
